SBP’s policy of management and monitoring human resource is of rigorous, creative, human, and ethic values. This requires a system of monitoring and changing staff, which allows upgrading the technological shift, commitment and the valorization of it.
Regarding the Human Resource aspect, SBP puts a great effort in the staff management with a personal and well structured monitoring of its collaborators (customer visits, career talks, regular dinners, training plans..). This monitoring has as goal to manage the career of its collaborators on a long term, to give them a feeling of belonging within the team as well as to motivate them internally and amongst the client’s.
